Shenzhen: The Wealthy City of China with Most Efficient Metro Service

Shenzhen is one of the mega wealthy cities in China, located near Hong Kong. The city is included in special economic zone of China and now improving its administrative status in the south province of China. With 15 million population, Shenzhen is one of those cities of which are listed in built-up areas. The Shenzhen Metro is actually an underground system for the city which was opened on December 28, 2004. This metro service has made Shenzhen the 6th city of China which have mainland subway system. Currently, the metro service has 5 lines, 118 station and 177 kilometers operational track for its subway. The metro service has remained under the extensive expansion in different periods of time. At the moment, three line are under construction as a part of this expansion. The line 1 and line 4 of this metro service is running between the borders of Hong Kong and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Line 2 is operating from Chiwan to Xinxiu and connecting Luobao Line with Longhua Line. Similarly, Line 3 is commonly known as Longgang line which runs from Yitian to Shuanlong and operated by Shenzhen Metro.
